I’m Danielle.
(but you can call me Dani).
Can I tell you something real? I only got into this field because I’ve always been fascinated by one thing: why people do what they do… and why knowing what to do isn’t the same as actually doing it. That question has shaped my entire career.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Behavior and a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a multi-state Licensed Behavior Analyst. I’ve spent the last 16 years in the field working across homes, clinics, schools, and organizations helping people bridge the gap between “I know what I should do” and “I actually did it.”
And I’m also just… a mom.
A mom to a son and a daughter, plus a high-energy golden retriever who has strong opinions about literally everything. I live in Boerne, Texas, drink coffee like it’s a personality trait, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me doing CrossFit, which I’ve been training and coaching as a Level 2 trainer for years.
Here’s what I’ve learned after thousands of hours working with families and individuals:
They’re not lazy. They’re not broken. They’re just stuck in patterns that make sense… until they stop working. Maybe it looks like constant power struggles at home. Or the same routines that fall apart every afternoon. Or goals that feel clear in your head but impossible to follow through on in real life.Or just that quiet frustration of thinking, “Why is this still so hard?”
That’s where I come in. I help people untangle behavior patterns, build systems that actually fit real life, and create change that lasts longer than motivation. My work is about turning insight into action and action into outcomes, with clarity, structure, and a little bit of humor about how gloriously messy humans can be.
If you’re tired of trying harder and ready to start working differently, you’re in the right place.
Let’s build something that actually sticks.
